Time alone? Just for me? What should you do?
When was the last time you spent some quality time with the most important person in your life?

Be honest, when you read that question, did you start to think,
“I don’t have time for that!”

Truth be told, spending time with yourself is not selfish.
In fact, it’s totally good for you. You’ll be far more successful at the other things you NEED to do if you take some “me” time every day.
Today, I am sharing some ideas and tips you can use to maximize your “me time”, and put them on your list. (I use Notes and Reminders from Apple for my Lists)
